Wholistic / About

Care starts with seeing the whole person.

We believe meaningful support begins with understanding the person — not simply the support they require.

Our perspective

A person's life is bigger than their care needs.

01

Support that looks at the bigger picture.

Wholistic Care Professionals provides person-centred support for adults and young people, with a focus on dignity, choice, wellbeing and independence.

We recognise that good support is not simply about completing tasks. It is about understanding someone's routines, relationships, aspirations, strengths, preferences and the life they want to build.

Our role is to provide appropriate support while encouraging people to participate, make choices, develop skills and remain at the centre of decisions about their lives.

There is more to someone than what support they need.

We look at the different parts of everyday life that can contribute to wellbeing, confidence, stability and independence.

Home

Where life happens.

Comfort, stability, routines and a sense of belonging.

03
Wellbeing

07
Goals
